Roles and Responsibilities:
Entire life cycle of recruitment process right from sourcing, screening, job posting, interviewing, salary negotiation, finalizing the CTC, releasing offer letter, follow up till the candidate joins.
Maintaining Recruitment MIS of all the positions.
Induction, orientation and joining formalities.
Leave and Attendance maintenance and assist Accounts team for monthly payroll.
Formulating, updating and Implementing HR policies, and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the employees smoothly.
Performance Appraisal Process management.
Issuance of letters.
Administering disciplinary procedures.
Grievance handling.
