Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary: 
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 1+ years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and compliance. This role requires someone who can independently handle daily HR operations and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 

• Maintain and update employee records and attendance data. 

• Handle employee queries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues. 

• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 

• Oversee payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement. 

• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. 

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.). 

• Support in organizing training sessions and HR development activities. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• ++ months of hands-on experience in HR roles. 

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and local labor laws. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
