Job Description

HR Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline & supervisory roles (tele-calling, teaching, branch managers)
Use hiring portals like WorkIndia, Apna, local job boards, referrals, and WhatsApp for sourcing
Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
Track attendance, leaves, and share payroll inputs with accounts
Conduct performance reviews, manage discipline, and support exits
Coordinate employee training and ensure policy compliance
Drive employee engagement and retention activities
Maintain HR reports (hiring status, attendance, attrition, etc.)

Key Requirements

Hands-on experience with hiring portals like WorkIndia, Apna, etc.
Strong recruitment, documentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and WhatsApp for work
Hindi & English required (Marathi preferred)
