HR Executive

Position: HR Executive / HR Caller
Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000
Experience - Minimum 1 Year +

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and engage candidates for walk-in interviews across PAN India.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews in a timely manner.

• Ensure timely completion of hiring processes.

• Maintain candidate databases and daily follow-ups.

• Conduct background checks and document verifications.

• Support recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi and English preferred).

• Basic knowledge of hiring processes.

• Must be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented.

• Experience in similar role is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
