● Own end to end recruitment process including sourcing, candidates shortlisting, selection
processes, interview coordination, offer negotiation joining and on-boarding.
● Identify appropriate sourcing channels for all profiles and track databases and develop good
professional relationships.
● Administer and maintain Applicant tracking System and update status for all candidates. ● Monitor the network of all candidates in a cost-effective manner and perform scheduling of all
interview processes and verify all interview time and date.

● Assisting and resolving issue calls between managers and employees.
