Roles and responsibilities

 Check & calculate attendance of employee at the time of salary.

 Visit plant and check housekeeping daily.

 Make and update policies.

 Maintain different registers for compliance purpose.

 On boarding process of new joiner.

 Payroll Administration of all employees.

 Generate PF & ESIC Challan and take follow-up about payment.

 Do compensation and benefit actions.

 Conduct disciplinary action in company.

 Do recruitment process when required.

 Make training programs and update it on regular basis when required.

 Do performance measurement and appraisal of employee.

 Maintain employee relation.

 Ensure health and safety of the employee.

 Resolving disputes/conflict that arises in the company.

 Conduct exit interview and retention of employee.
