Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful hiring to meet the organization’s manpower needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, databases, etc.).

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
