About the Role
Sevalaya is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization's talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update job descriptions based on organizational requirements.
Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Evaluate candidate assessments and coordinate further interview rounds.
Advertise job openings across various recruitment channels.
Conduct reference and background verification checks.
Shortlist suitable candidates and maintain candidate databases.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
Qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as HR Executive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interviewing, evaluation, and decision-making abilities.
