We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, and performance management.
NOTE : Candidate should be from Interior/Architectural/real estate industry.
Key skills:
Maintain employee records in HRIS and personnel files
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening and interviews.
Track attendance and leaves using biometric/HRMS systems
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
