Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Post job openings and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
Support HR policies and company procedures
Address employee queries and maintain good employee relations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks
