Position Details

• Role: HR Intern

• Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Internship
This internship is ideal for candidates who want strong hands-on experience in recruitment and real-time HR activities. You will closely work with the HR team and learn how hiring actually happens in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Actively work on end-to-end recruitment

·         Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media

·         Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules

·         Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and follow-ups

·         Assist HR in onboarding support and basic HR documentation

·         Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities
