Job Title– Field Recruiter Location: Delhi NCR Department: HR / Operations Reporting To: Centre Manager / HR Team Job Purpose Delivery Boy Field Recruiter ka kaam ground level par hiring karna hai – riders / delivery boys ko field se source karna, unka initial screening karna aur centre joining tak follow-up karna. Key Responsibilities • Ground level par delivery boys ki field recruitment karna (market, hubs, reference, posters, referrals, etc.) • Candidate ka basic screening karna (documents, availability, shift timing 4 AM – 8 AM, etc.) • Referral hiring ko promote karna aur referral bonus scheme ko samjhana • Daily / weekly hiring report HR ko share karna • Candidate ko joining process samjhana & follow-up karna • Centre-wise hiring target complete karna • New joiners ka basic onboarding support dena • Rejected / not-joined candidates ka data maintain karna Eligibility / Requirements • 12th pass (minimum) • Field work me comfortable hona chahiye • Local area knowledge hona chahiye • Communication skills (Hindi basic English) • Target based kaam karne ki ability • Mobile handling & WhatsApp use karna aata ho • Morning operation ke saath coordinate karne ki readiness Job Timing • Baaki field activity flexible (as per hiring requirement) ( 9Hrs ) Salary & Incentives • Fixed Salary + Per Joining Incentive Fuel Conveyance ₹3 per KM applicable rahega. • Performance based rewards (Best Recruiter / Star Performer) Performance Criteria • Monthly hiring target achieved • Quality joining (0 fake / wrong candidates) • On-time joining & low drop-out • Proper documentation & reporting
