Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles within the FMCG sector

Workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies

Coordination with department heads for manpower requirements

Onboarding and induction of new hires

Supporting HR operations, including compliance and employee engagement

Maintaining HR MIS and reporting dashboards

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations in a manufacturing setup

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements

Familiarity with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms
