Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri, Chakala) & Chennai (Poonamallee)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contractual, off-role basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in talent acquisition using platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn, and should be well-versed with Microsoft Excel for recruitment reporting and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports using Excel

Coordinate with agencies and vendors when required

Attend meetings and recruitment drives – willingness to travel locally is a must

Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation support for selected candidates

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

Candidate Requirements:

Gender: Female (as per the company's staffing requirements)

Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment

Proficient in Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and MS Excel

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable with travelling within the city for meetings and recruitment drives

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Open to a contractual, off-role opportunity
