Source candidates: Actively search for qualified applicants on job boards, social media platforms like LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen and interview candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. Manage the hiring process: Schedule interviews with the hiring team, manage the ATS, and ensure a fair and consistent process for all applicants.
