HR Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at ResumeHubs Infotechno Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and support day-to-day HR operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions for various roles.

• Source and engage candidates using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Post and manage job ads across multiple portals and social media platforms.

• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and employee records.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires.

• Coordinate HR activities such as training sessions and engagement programs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA in HR preferred).

• Experience: Freshers or up to 6 months in HR/recruitment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

• Availability to work [mention working days, e.g., 6 days/week or Monday–Saturday].
