HR Recruiter – Job Opening
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with joining formalities and onboarding.
Meet recruitment targets within the required timelines.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Prior HR/Recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
