Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with department heads.
Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of positions.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Conduct new employee orientation.
Maintain employee documents and personal files.
Monitor daily attendance and leaves in HRMS.
Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll inputs.
Manage employee queries related to attendance and salary.
Maintain employee database in Excel/HR software.
Draft HR letters (experience letter, transfer letter, warning letter, etc.).
Handle employee grievances professionally.
Organize celebrations, activities, and events.
Conduct surveys to improve employee satisfaction.
Support in implementing company HR policies.
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Ensure company rules and code of conduct are followed.
Handle resignation process, exit interview, and clearance.
Prepare full & final settlement inputs.
