Job Summary:
As an Associate - Talent Acquisition, you will support our talent acquisition efforts, assisting in candidate sourcing, coordination, and
interviews. Your role will contribute to finding the right candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in candidate sourcing and resume screening.
• Coordinate interviews and assessment activities.
• Contribute to recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain candidate records and databases.
• Help provide a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Min. 6 months of experience in talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow in talent acquisition.
