HR Executive – Retail Operations

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Location: Narayanguda, Hyderabad

Salary: As per experience

We are looking for a disciplined and trustworthy HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR coordination for retail operations with maturity and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Attendance, leave & late-coming monitoring

• Staff coordination between store & management

• Recruitment & joining formalities support

• HR documentation & employee records maintenance

• Basic PF and statutory compliance support

Required Qualities

• Honest & confidential

• Emotionally stable & practical

• Punctual and responsible

• Clear Hindi communication (spoken & written)

• Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
