HR Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Executive for our paper manufacturing unit who can effectively manage factory workers and support the complete hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment of factory workers, helpers, and supervisors.
Generate new hiring leads through calls, references, local networks, and job portals.
Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule candidate visits to the factory.
Understand the needs and concerns of blue-collar workers and provide timely support.
Ensure proper onboarding and induction of newly joined employees.
Train workers on company rules, discipline, attendance, and basic work procedures.
Motivate employees to improve productivity, attendance, and long-term retention.
Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve day-to-day worker issues.
Coordinate with production and management teams regarding manpower requirements.
Keep records of attendance, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Support employee welfare initiatives and create a positive work environment.
Help reduce attrition by understanding worker expectations and addressing their concerns.
Requirements:
Experience in factory or manufacturing HR operations preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to handle blue-collar workforce and maintain strong employee relationships.
Comfortable with calling, hiring, and coordinating with large numbers of workers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance.
Candidate should be proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
