Job Description

Reliance Retail / Milk basket Limited is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive who can manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations at our Noida offices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Sourcing candidates through job portals & referrals

  • Screening & shortlisting profiles

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews

  • Managing selection & joining formalities

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Preparing offer letters

  • Managing employee files & documentation

  • Conducting orientation & training sessions

3. Attendance & Payroll

  • Monitoring daily attendance

  • Leave management

  • Sharing payroll inputs

4. HR Operations

  • Maintaining HR MIS & daily/weekly reports

  • Handling queries related to HR policies

  • Supporting employee engagement activities
