🚨 Walk-In Interview – HR Recruiter
Quastech, Thane is hiring a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
💼 Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Thane West
Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
📌 Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
🎯 Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organisational abilities
Good understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
