Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage majorly recruitment activities along with basic HR operations. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring processes, candidate coordination, onboarding support, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancy.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening rounds.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Handle offer letter rollout and joining coordination.
Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring MIS reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations:
Support onboarding and documentation process.
Maintain employee records and attendance data.
Coordinate for employee engagement and HR activities.
Assist in payroll inputs and leave management.
Handle employee queries and daily HR coordination.
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of HR operations.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
