Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process handling (Sourcing to Joining)
Job posting on portals, social media, and other platforms
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining candidate database and records
Follow-ups with candidates for interview and joining
Preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
Using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn for sourcing
Maintaining recruitment MIS and reports
