Onboarding : Conduct induction sessions for new hires, focusing on company culture and solar industry safety standards. Payroll & Attendance: Oversee attendance tracking for office staff and remote site workers; manage monthly payroll processing including site-based incentives. Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities and serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances. 2. Office & Site Administration Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel, local transport, and accommodation for project teams during site deployments. Procurement: Manage office supplies and ensure the timely purchase/distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for field staff. Asset Management: Maintain an updated inventory of company assets, including laptops, site tools, and safety gear. Vendor Management: Liaise with facility vendors (Internet, AMC, Cleaning, Security) to ensure smooth office operations. 3. Statutory Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax). Maintain organized digital and physical records for project-related permits and employee certifications. Assist in documentation required for solar tender applications and safety audits
