HR Executive

We are looking for a Blue-Collar Recruiter with hands-on experience in field hiring for logistics, delivery, warehouse, drivers, and other contract roles. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment and willing to travel locally to source the right candidates.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit blue-collar workers like delivery boys, pickers, packers, loaders, drivers, helpers, etc.

• Visit local markets, job centers, and other sourcing hubs to attract candidates.

• Conduct interviews and screening at field locations or local offices.

• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and daily reporting.

• Ensure timely closures of bulk hiring mandates.

• Conduct document collection and onboarding.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in blue-collar hiring (preferably in logistics or contract staffing).

• Comfortable with field work and extensive local travel.

• Good communication skills in local language(s) and Hindi/English.

• Knowledge of sourcing channels: local networks, job fairs, vendor tie-ups.

• Smartphone with WhatsApp & email access.

🎯 Preferred:

• Experience working with 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, or staffing agencies.

• Own vehicle (2-wheeler) for travel will be a plus.
