Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from clients or hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines for various pharma, healthcare, or technical positions.
Follow up with candidates through the selection and onboarding process.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for repeat hiring needs.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
