Ø Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Ø Maintain employee records (physical and digital) and update HR databases.
Ø Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications.
Ø Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and related HRMS updates.
Ø Manage exit formalities including documentation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Ø Coordinate training sessions, performance appraisals, and employee surveys.
Ø Ensure HR policies and company guidelines are consistently communicated and updated.
Ø Handle internal event planning and team meetings support.
Ø Assist in maintaining office compliance records (fire safety, insurance, etc.).
Ø Support general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in HR and Administrative roles.
· Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll basics, employee engagement).
· Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
