Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Handle multiple vacancies and work towards timely closures

🔹 Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Good sourcing and screening skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel

• Positive, target-oriented and proactive approach
