HR EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization’s human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

• Maintaining employee records and HR databases

• Handling joining, exit formalities, and documentation

• Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements

• Attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination

• Supporting employee engagement and HR initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred

• 0–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Recruiter

• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
