Required Skills
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for MIS generation.
Attention to detail to spot attendance discrepancies (e.g., unauthorized leaves, non-recording of Attendance due to long leave not applied / absconding cases).
Communication skills to liaise with employees and resolve conflicts.
Basic knowledge of HRMS software for data migration

Deadline-driven environment with monthly payroll dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attendance & Field Duty Management
Track daily attendance for employees, consultants reporting to Work, Work from Home, Field executives / employees working at remote locations including outdoor duties and outstation travel.
Verify and regularize records to calculate payable days (e.g., half-day, full-day, unpaid leaves).
2. Leave & Absconding Case Handling:
Administer leave applications (casual, sick, privileged).
Escalate absconding cases by:
Informing HR person handling Exits to have necessary action initiated.
Calculating notice period shortfalls and provide data to the HR person handling Exits to have further action taken.
3. MIS & Payroll Coordination:
Generate weekly MIS reports on attendance, leaves, and payable days.
Collaborate with immediate superiors to resolve discrepancies due to non-recorded attendance / absence.
Share validated attendance data with HR person handling Payroll to ensure accurate salary processing.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain audit-ready records of attendance registers and leave applications
