🔹 HR Executive Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring:

Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.

Onboarding:

Managing joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction.

Employee Records:

Maintaining employee data, attendance, and HR databases.

Payroll Support:

Assisting in salary processing, leave management, PF & ESIC coordination.

Employee Relations:

Handling employee queries, grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Compliance:

Ensuring company policies and labor laws are followed.

Performance Management:

Supporting appraisal processes and feedback systems.

Training & Development:

Coordinating training sessions and employee development programs.
