OVRIZON ESTATES is looking for a responsible and experienced HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Human Resource Management. The candidate should have practical knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, payroll coordination and employee relations. Responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment process, handling employee queries, maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, implementing company policies and ensuring smooth HR operations. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with good knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.
