About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated HR professional from the Restaurant, Cafe, or F&B sector to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and general administration for our organization in Beleghata, Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for F&B staff
Employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Maintain HR records and compliance
Candidate Profile:
Experience in Restaurant / Cafe / F&B sector HR preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll
Proactive and organized
