Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. - Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. - Payroll & Compliance: Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and ensure legal compliance. - Performance & Appraisals: Implement performance systems, track KRAs, and manage appraisals. - Employee Engagement & Culture: Promote a healthy workplace, organize engagement activities, and resolve grievances. - Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity. - Exit Management: Oversee exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and manage full and final settlements.
