We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to oversee HR operations with a particular emphasis on factory compliance and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a manufacturing or plant environment and possess in-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and audit processes. This role is critical in ensuring that our HR practices not only meet operational goals but also remain fully compliant with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations for the factory, including employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
Maintain up-to-date statutory records, registers, and returns as per labor law requirements (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations across all HR processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to prepare for and support statutory, labor, and compliance audits.
Monitor contractor workforce compliance, including contract labor license validity, wage payments, and related documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives at the plant level, including employee engagement and grievance redressal.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
6 Months to 1 year of experience in HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial plant setup.
Thorough understanding of labor laws and factory compliance requirements.
Familiarity with statutory returns (PF, ESI, etc.) and maintenance of compliance registers.
Experience with HRMS platforms and strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
