Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals, 2.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
3. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds 4. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
5.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
6. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
7. Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Good organizational and time management skills
MS Office proficiency
