Job Role:-
• Shortlisting Relevant Profiles based on Job description
• Identifying Prospective Candidates through Networking Sites, Portals and Personal References.
• Job posting and mass Mailing on portals as per the requirement given.
• First level filtering of candidates through telephonic interviews
• Understanding and briefing the company profile, JD, roles and responsibilities of the candidate.
• Involved in Sourcing for Multiple Requirements Maintaining tracker sheets: requirement wise for candidates sourced Continuous follow-up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.
• Submission of shortlisted profiles to hiring managers and arranging interviews
