Role Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for 40% recruitment activities and 60% HR operations, along with regular coordination with the Mumbai Office HR team to ensure alignment in HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (40%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate with hiring managers and the Mumbai Office HR to understand manpower requirements.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities in coordination with the Mumbai HR team.

HR Operations (60%)

Handle payroll processing in coordination with the Mumbai Office HR to ensure accuracy and timely salary disbursement.

Maintain attendance and leave records and share monthly reports with the Mumbai HR team.

Manage HR documentation including employee files, contracts, letters, and statutory records.

Support employee lifecycle activities such as joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures as guided by the Manager/Management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any Graduate

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

Experience in coordinating with head office / corporate HR teams

Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR operations.

Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
