We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Oho Foods & More PVT. LTD to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹28,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all restaurant and corporate roles including cooks, crew members, supervisors, and management staff.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-in drives, and local networks.
Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Facilitate structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
Implement engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and cohesive team culture.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and maintain open communication channels.
Address disciplinary matters in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.
Process attendance, leaves, and support monthly payroll inputs.
Manage the full employee lifecycle including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws including Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with statutory authorities and manage timely filings and renewals.
Maintain policy documentation and ensure adherence to company HR policies.
Training & Development
Coordinate and schedule training programs including food safety, hygiene, service standards, and soft skills.
Track training completion and maintain training records for all staff.
Support performance appraisal cycles and assist managers with goal-setting. Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
