H R EXECUTIVE
Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in executing daily functions, managing employee records, recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring the overall implementation of HR policies and programs within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in job posting and advertisement across various platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and properly filed.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training, and team-building events.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information.
Training & Development:
Assist in identifying employee training needs and coordinating training programs.
Support employee performance appraisal processes.
