The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, training, and compliance. The role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and grievance procedures.
Monitor and update HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Lead performance appraisal and employee development programs.
Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely salary processing.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Maintain HR records and generate reports on HR metrics.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
Bachelor’s degree.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
