HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

• Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance team for timely salary processing.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

• Handle employee engagement activities and support performance appraisals.

• Assist in training and development initiatives.

• Manage HR documentation, offer letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.

• Support management in implementing HR strategies to drive organizational growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field.

• 2–5 years of HR experience (Real Estate / Construction preferred).

• Good understanding of HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliance.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
