Job responsibilities:
· Train recruiters for End to End recruitment.
· Attend local area Job Fairs , Events and make promotions of firm.
· Source, Screen and recruit candidates by using databases, mass mailing, job application.
· Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
· Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
· Organizing interviews and selection events.
· Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies,
· Knowledge of Job Portals, Job Posting, Advertisement through Social Media
· Daily Follow-Up, Line-Up, Mass Hiring, Candidate will be responsible for lineup candidates for open positions.
· Generating reports and providing data analysis to support HR and payroll decision-making
