Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR reports.
Support attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
