Position: Senior HR Recruiter

Reporting To: HR Manager / Head – HR
The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions. The role focuses on timely hiring, quality talent acquisition, coordination with hiring managers, and improving recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and internal databases
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical/management interview rounds
Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring as per business needs
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities
Negotiate salary, CTC, and explain company policies to candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring data
Coordinate background verification and documentation process
Mentor and guide junior recruiters (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies
Improve employer branding and candidate engagement
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring metrics
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Knowledge of HR policies, labor hiring, and onboarding processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
3–6 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing / corporate preferred)
