1. Sourcing of data for respective profiles from different Job Portals like

naukri.com, Linkedin, Training Institutes, Colleges, etc.

2. Screening of Profiles as per requisition.

3. Aligning interviews via calling and taking a preliminary round of Interview.

4. Passing on to Hiring Managers for Final round

5. Entering into Salary Negotiations, On boarding & Off Boarding Processes

6. Background Verifications

7. Organizational Policy Management

8. Performance Management

9. Project Management /Project Co-ordinator for entire organization including Softwares Development/Softwares Implementation/ In house Projects Coordination
