Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team, MUDS Management Pvt. Ltd., to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organisation.

1. Sourcing of data for respective profiles from different Job Portals like naukri.com, LinkedIn, Training Institutes, Colleges, etc.

2. Screening of Profiles as per requisition.

3. Aligning interviews via calling and taking a preliminary round of interviews.

4. Passing on to Hiring Managers for the final round

5. Entering into Salary Negotiations, Onboarding & Off-Boarding Processes

6. Background Verifications

7. Organisational Policy Management

8. Performance Management

9. Project Management /Project Co-ordinator for the entire organisation, including Software Development/Software Implementation/In-house Projects Coordination
