Job Title: HR Admin & Recruitment Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
Screen and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
HR Administration:
Manage employee documentation and maintain personnel files.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
Coordinate with the Admin team for employee ID cards and access requirements.
Manage insurance additions/deletions and employee benefit documentation.
Handle vendor communication, AMC renewals, and administrative coordination.
Maintain HR reports and MIS using MS Excel.
Support payroll data preparation and other HR operational activities.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
